RPN-34 CE is a notable photo-realistic simulation of the respected mid-range scientific calculator HP-34C by Hewlett-Packard, now available for the iPhone. Originally manufactured from 1979 to 1983, it belonged to the third-generation HP calculator series known as the "Spice" collection.

Pioneering its time, the HP-34C was the inaugural pocket calculator with capabilities encompassing integration and root finding.

While faithfully resembling the original device, RPN-34 CE elevates user experience through thoughtfully crafted enhancements and notable speed enhancements.

Noteworthy features include a realistic interface replicating the HP-34C, programmability with 999 steps, subroutines, 12 labels, and 10 flags. Functionalities of RPN-34 CE cover a spectrum of computational needs ranging from integration and root solving to statistical calculations like mean, standard deviation, linear regression, and normal distribution. Users can utilize functions for factorial calculation (both normal and logarithmic), trigonometric or hyperbolic operations (in degrees, radians, or grads), polar/rectangular transformations, inverse calculations, square root estimations, logarithmic computations, exponential functions, and more. Storage arithmetic capabilities offer both storage and recall functionalities alongside unit conversions and hours conversions.

Beyond emulating the original HP-34C functions faithfully, RPN-34 CE integrates 31 additional functions not featured on the primary device. These include utilities such as time-related operations and sound functionality.
